Related to heparin

Enoxaparin sodium

Related to heparin. Injectable.

Trade names include Lovenox, Xaparin, Clexane.

Pradaxa

A direct thrombin inhibitor. Also known as Dabigatran.

Rivaroxaban

Trade name Xarelto, works differently to warfarin and heparin.

Warfarin

Widely used anti-coagulant.

Xarelto

Trade name of rivaroxaban.
